Initially, Embrace Nutrition will have to adhere to the current social-distancing guidelines and will offer curbside pick-ups and takeout services. “The program really has two sides on site we’ll try to create a coffee shop environment where we’ll offer healthy smoothies and teas, while our at-home clients can use our products and receive wellness coaching to help them with their weight management goals – loss and gain,” she said. Touted by Sorensen as ‘healthy fast food’ she hopes to bring a tea-coffee bar/juice bar feel to the Embrace Nutrition space while also providing at-home clientele with nutrition products and counseling services. “Pipestone is the perfect community for this type of club and it’s a good location it’s close enough to school for students and teachers who want to pop in for a healthy breakfast or a good, healthy after school beverage, and it’s a good spot for drive by clients, as well, being just off the highway. “When I decided, after three years, to open my own club I thought Pipestone was a good choice,” Sorensen said.
